Ingredients:
Jameson Irish Whiskey (or similar)
Coffee
Whipped cream
Directions:
- Fill coffee mug or similar glass 1/5 full with whiskey
- Stir in hot coffee
- Top with whipped cream
- Garnish the Irish Coffee with grated chocolate shavings and serve immediately
Bartender’s hint: If your guests prefer sweetener and/or creamer in their coffee, add these ingredients to their coffee to suit their taste before mixing the coffee with the whiskey.
